Lotus Cafe leased 3,625 square feet of retail space for 10 years, six months at 3955 Fifth Avenue, suite 100, from Village Hillcrest Partners, LP for $1.4 million. Joe Yetter, Mike Clark and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Phil Lyons and Bruce Schiff of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee.
Mortony’s Pasta House leased 6,000 square feet of retail space for seven years at 307 Vista Village Drive, in Vista, from Regency Centers for $1.2 million. Phil Lyons and Bruce Schiff of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. The lessor’s representation was not disclosed.
Episcopal Diocese of San Diego leased 5,208 square feet of industrial space for 10 years at 2510 Gateway Road, in Carlsbad, from Ocean Collection LLC for $812,179. Andy Melzer of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Roger Carlson of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor.
Timothy J. Hinde dba Krafty Krepes leased 880 square feet of retail space for five years, two months at 1241 Prospect Street, suite A, in La Jolla, from 1241 Prospect Associates, LLC for $348,222. Mike Slattery of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Tandis Arjmand of Gallery Properties represented the lessor.
Paint Within the Vines leased 1,518 square feet of retail space for three years at 300 Carlsbad Village Drive, suite 104, in Carlsbad, from SIMA Management Corp. for $89,258. Phil Lyons, Bruce Schiff and Chad Iafrate of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.
