SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following lease transactions:

Sambreel Holdings dba Yontoo Technologies, Inc. leased 6,276 square feet of office space for four years, six months at 5857 Owens Avenue, suite 102, in Carlsbad, from Palomar Heights I, LP c/o Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc. for $732,534. Joe Anderson, Rick Reeder and Matty Sundberg of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Roger Carlson of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessee.

Partners Urgent Care leased 2,506 square feet of retail space for seven years at 9878 Carmel Mountain Road, suites A and B, from West Coast Retail Management for $512,065. Phil Lyons, CCIM, Bruce Schiff, CCIM and Chad Iafrate, CCIM of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Ken Keithly of Lee & Associates represented the lessee.

Rancho Santa Fe Veterinary Hospital leased 2,054 square feet of retail space for seven years at 971 Lomas Santa Fe Drive, suite A, in Solana Beach, from Pacific Solana Beach Holdings, LP for $424,945. Andrew Sexton and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. John Still and David Silverman of Flocke & Avoyer represented the lessor.

Gold Max leased 2,924 square feet of retail space for three years at 3502 College Boulevard, in Oceanside, from Arthur Family Properties, LLC for $263,160. Chad Iafrate, CCIM, Bryce Aberg, SIOR, and Brant Aberg of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.

Choppa, LLC dba Jersey Mike’s Subs leased 1,185 square feet of retail space for 10 years 25359 Madison Avenue, suite 109, in Murrieta from Capital Income Properties for $253,273. Danny Fitzgerald and Michael Burton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction.

Kidville leased 3,257 square feet of retail space for five years, two months at 2015 Birch Road, suite 1703, in Chula Vista, from GGP-Otay Ranch, LP for $235,712. Joe Yetter, Mike Clark and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. The lessor’s representation was undisclosed.

Sanzel, Inc. dba Memelas Taco & Tai Bistro leased 1,726 square feet of retail space for five years at 3001 Bonita Road, suite 100, in Chula Vista, from Bonita Gateway, LLC c/o Gateway Property Management, LLC for $221,861. Joe Yetter, Mike Clark and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was undisclosed.

Miguel Pena dba Cali Dawgs leased 256 square feet of retail space for five years, three months at 1016 Tierra del Rey, suite B, in Chula Vista, from Tierra Corners, LLC c/o CW Clark for $41,589. Joe Yetter, Mike Clark and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.
