SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following lease transactions:

Cocina Del Charro leased 7,000 square feet of retail space for 10 years at 840 West Valley Parkway, in Escondido, from GDA Real Estate Services, LLC for $1.4 million. Phil Lyons, CCIM and Bruce Schiff, CCIM of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Terry Jackson of Cushman and Wakefield represented the lessee in the transaction.
 
San Diego Christian Center leased 11,705 square feet of office space for five years at 1305 Deodar Avenue, Suite 100, in Escondido, from Southeastern Conference of Seventh Day Adventists for approximately $772,800. Monique Medley of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Charles Currey of Lockwood Commercial Realty represented the lessor.

Goodwin, Brown, Gross & Lovelace LLP leased 3,519 square feet of office space for five years at 4370 La Jolla Village Drive, Suite 220, from The Irvine Company for $458,790. Tom van Betten and Andrew Sexton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Scott Diggs of The Irvine Company represented the lessor.

Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. leased 3,220 square feet of office space for five years, one month at 705 Palomar Airport Road, Suite 300, in Carlsbad, from Cognac Carlsbad Pacific Center, LLC for $347,986. Joe Anderson, Stacy Looney and Brooks Campbell of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Randall Wood of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the lessee.

North County Eye Center, Inc. leased 2,076 square feet of office space for six years at 11770 Bernardo Plaza Court, Suite 315, from Sunroad Financial Plaza Partners for $297,288. Chris Hobson and Bob Kuzman of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Barry Slotten of Grubb & Ellis Company represented the lessee.

Greg’s Automotive leased 5,370 square feet of retail space for five years, two months at 1641 North Magnolia Avenue, in El Cajon, from Magnolia Gateway, LLC c/o Gateway Property Management for $288,126. Joe Yetter, Mike Clark and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.

Inner Visions and Wylde Sydes leased 2,043 square feet of retail space for four years at 1515 Palm Avenue, Suite K, from Lorah Family Trust for $74,651. Joe Yetter, Mike Clark and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.

Cheryll Putt, LMFT leased 588 square feet of office space for three years at 11770 Bernardo Plaza Court, Suite 100, from Sunroad Financial Plaza Partners for $37,387. Chris Hobson and Bob Kuzman of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.
