Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial Announces Recent Lease Transactions

SAN DIEGO (June 16, 2010) – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, San Diego’s market leader in commercial real estate services, today announced the following lease transactions:

IMA Management, Inc. leased 6,835 square feet of office space for five years, five months at 501 Washington Street, Suite 504, from Suncoast Properties – Village Hillcrest, LP for $968,609. Duncan Dodd, SIOR, and Phil Linton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Travis Carter of Irving Hughes represented the lessee.

Sinijod, Inc. dba Let’s Go Clothing leased 1,850 square feet of retail space for five years at 1025 Prospect Street, Suite 110, in La Jolla, from 1025 Prospect Limited Partnership for $564,282. Mike Slattery and Bob Kuzman of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Pasquale Loele of StepStone Real Estate Services represented the lessee.

Smash Bros Mission Valley LLC dba Smash Burger leased 2,300 square feet of retail space for seven years at 7610 Hazard Center Drive, Suite 507, from 7510 Hazard, LLC for $528,710. Michael Burton of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction. Aaron Hill of Cushman & Wakefield represented the lessor.

Mia’s Nutrition Center – San Ysidro leased 2,033 square feet of retail space for five years, three months at 4486 Camino de la Plaza, Suite F4, in San Ysidro, from FS San Ysidro, LLC for $278,471. Mike Clark, Joe Yetter and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. Brian Pyke of Duhs Commercial represented the lessee.
 
Stapleton Group leased 1,384 square feet of office space for three years at 514 Via de la Valle, Suite 206, in Solana Beach, for $119,992. Brooks Campbell, Stacy Looney and Peter Curry of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the lessor in the transaction. The lessee’s representation was not disclosed.

Signature Dance Academy leased 2,700 square feet of retail space for three years at 13150 Poway Road, in Poway, from Library Plaza Poway, LLC for $88,155. Mike Clark, Joe Yetter and Brent Williams of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.

Carlos Malamud leased 651 square feet of office space for four years at 2515 Camino del Rio South, Suite 328, from Encin Real Estate Corp. c/o Capital Growth Properties for $33,591. Jack Kruger of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the lessor and the lessee in the transaction.
