MILWAUKEE - Bentley World Packaging, Ltd., one of the Midwest’s largest export and military packaging firms, recently leased the 360,000 square foot distribution building located at 5211 S. 3rd Street, Milwaukee from Benderson Properties Inc.
Kevin C. Barry, CCIM, Kenneth R. Braden, CCIM, SIOR, and Kurt Van Dyke, CCIM, SIOR, of Milwaukee-based Cassidy Turley Barry, brokered the transaction.
Cassidy Turley Barry has leased nearly half a million square feet of space to Bentley World Packaging since the start of 2011, including approximately 125,000 square feet at 10001 S. Howell Ave., Oak Creek, Wis.
