Paul Collins, Bill Collins, Drew Flood, James Cassidy and Jud Ryan of Cassidy Turley represented the seller, LaSalle Investment Management, Inc. CB Richard Ellis Investors acquired the asset.
One Washingtonian Center is located at 9801 Washingtonian Boulevard directly off of Interstate 270. The asset recently received LEED-EB Platinum certification and is one of only 38 office buildings in the world to receive this level of certification and one of only 11 that are investor-owned. The anchor tenant is Sodexo, Inc. which occupies over half of the property as its North American headquarters. One Washingtonian Center is located within Washingtonian Center, an 800,000 square foot lifestyle center, providing tenants with access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and walking trails, all centered around Washingtonian Lake.
