Washington, DC – Cassidy Turley announced today that it arranged the sale of 8301 Professional Place, a 137,000 square foot Class A office building located in Landover, MD. Paul Collins, Bill Collins, Drew Flood, Jud Ryan and James Cassidy of Cassidy Turley represented the seller, Advance Realty Group. Washington, DC-based Persimmon Capital Partners acquired the asset.
8301 Professional Place is located in the Metro East Business Campus at the intersection of I-95 and MD Route 50. The building is situated within a half mile of the New Carrollton Metro (Orange line), MARC and Amtrak stations, and is adjacent to the nearly 1.2 million square foot New Carrollton Federal Building that serves as the regional headquarters for the Internal Revenue Service. Built in 1979 and extensively renovated between 2004 and 2007, the asset is 97 percent leased.
