Cassidy Turley Announces the Sale of Citizens Bank Center in Wilmington, Delaware

Baltimore, MD – Cassidy Turley today announced the sale of Citizens Bank Center, an 18-story, 221,686-square-foot, office tower located at 919 North Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware.  Jonathan Carpenter and James Wellschlager of Cassidy Turley’s Capital Markets Group represented the seller, the Receivership Estate Over Specific Assets of B&R 919, LLC.  Pennsylvania-based Keystone Property Group purchased the 80% leased building for $22 million.
