Minneapolis – April 19, 2011 – Cassidy Turley, one of the largest commercial real estate services providers in the U.S., today announced two promotions in its Minneapolis/St. Paul property management division. Dawn M. Grant, CCIM, CPM, RPA has been named Operations Manager for the local Minneapolis/St. Paul property management division and Michelle L. Nichols, CCIM, RPA, LEED AP has been promoted to Senior Property Manager.
In her role, Dawn will lead the property management teams and oversee performance on client accounts. She will also oversee staff development for the property management division in the Twin Cities. Dawn, a principal and senior vice president with the firm, brings her diverse experience to the local group that will improve our practices and provide support in our overall operations, new business development, and client relations.

In recognition of her service to her clients, excellent work ethic, and diligence in her role since joining the firm in 2007, Cassidy Turley is pleased to recognize Michelle Nichols with the promotion to Senior Property Manager.
Michelle will continue to provide management services for her diverse portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties throughout the Twin Cities, but primarily located in the North Warehouse and Central Business Districts of Minneapolis. Cassidy Turley recognizes that Michelle has taken tremendous steps to further develop her skills in the past four years, achieving her CCIM and LEED AP designations during that time, which have enhanced the exceptional services she provides for her clients.
