In a flurry of new-tenant transactions, the Cincinnati office of Cassidy Turley has recently completed three leases totaling more than 12,000 square feet at Linden Pointe on the Lateral, a mixed use professional campus centrally located off I-71 and I-75 at 4805 Montgomery Road.
Jordan Weidner, CCIM, LEED AP and Matt Crawford both with Cassidy Turley’s Hartmann-Ryan Team represented Linden Pointe in the transactions. All three new tenants will occupy Linden Pointe by the second half of 2011.
• Lifestyle Lift®, a medical practice specializing in facial rejuvenation, signed a lease for 5,568 square feet of office space;
• JP Chase Bank executed a lease for 3,500 square feet;
• Clear Wireless signed a lease to occupy 3,150 square feet of office space.
Additionally, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently awarded Linden Pointe the agency’s prestigious ENERGY STAR® Award for efforts to make the campus energy efficient – and environmentally friendly. The EPA only awards this recognition to the most energy efficient buildings in the United States. In Greater Cincinnati, fewer than 50 facilities have earned this prestigious designation.
Linden Pointe earned the ENERGY STAR for superior energy performance as a result of careful consideration of energy efficient building systems and healthy interior environment during design, construction and tenant buildout that have produced a building that meets the conditions necessary to qualify.
“Coming on the heels of winning the EPA Energy Star Award, a busy leasing season like this speaks volumes about the preferred position in the market of Linden Pointe for tenants seeking a green, centrally located space for their businesses,” said Jordan Weidner, Partner, The Hartmann-Ryan Team at Cassidy Turley.
Developed and principally owned by Al. Neyer, Inc., Linden Pointe on the Lateral includes a four-story office building housing 104,858 sf of multi-tenant office space and 20,000 sf of first-floor retail space. The company is completing design and construction of tenant finishes for the three newest clients.
“We welcome these new companies to Linden Pointe,” according to Christopher Dobrozsi, CCIM, vice president of real estate development at Al. Neyer, Inc. “Cassidy Turley has the market knowledge and skill to bring optimal tenants to this centrally located corporate campus.”
Completed in 2007, Linden Pointe’s first phase is part of a master planned redevelopment of a 22-acre urban site. Reclaimed from an industrial past, Linden Pointe is a modern, elegant statement of economic renaissance and sustainability.
