Flurry of Sales and Leases Total $2.8 Million in Deal Consideration

SAN DIEGO – Cassidy Turley in Association with Accelerated Commercial Real Estate, reports strong leasing and sales momentum at CreekView Medical & Professional Office Park in Vista, with 15,244-square-feet or recently leased and sold space, totaling $2.8 Million in consideration, and another 6,296-square-feet in escrow.  The recent flurry of transaction activity includes a full-building lease by Babies in Bloom, and a full-building sale of North County Orthopaedic Specialists. “CreekView is seeing a surge due to the appeal of its close proximity to Tri-City Hospital, sustainable design and attractive park-like setting,” said Mark Avilla of Cassidy Turley’s office in Carlsbad. “It is an ideal choice for physicians and medical service providers who want a healing, meticulously cared for environment that is also within walking distance of restaurants, services and other amenities.”

Orthopaedic Specialists of North County, Inc., purchased a 4,995-square-foot building for the relocation of their state-of-the-art orthopaedic facility committed to helping people lead active lives, whether it’s through treating an accident, sport- or work-related injury, replacing a total joint, or relieving chronic or acute pain.

Babies in Bloom, leased a 4,995-square-foot building for the relocation of their their retail store and their new birth and wellness center, scheduled to open Summer 2014, providing holistic health care for women throughout their pregnancies and a caring and home-like environment for giving birth.

In the final transaction, Jose Valiz, owner of Palomar Pain Management, purchased a 3,760-square-foot medical office building.  The space will serve as a new location for his growing North County practice.

CreekView Medical & Professional Office Park offers space ranging from as small as 1,920 square to 15,000 square feet. Potential uses include an inpatient/overnight stay facility, assisted living, skilled nursing, educational, research, hospice, therapy, specialty hospitals and rehabilitation facilities.
