Amy Boyce Joins Cassidy Turley as Vice President, Sustainability Services in Washington, DC

WASHINGTON, DC - Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that it has hired Amy Boyce as Vice President to lead its Sustainability Services division.  Based out of the company’s headquarters office in Washington, DC, Amy will focus on business development and service delivery of the firm’s growing local and national Sustainability Services practice as well as integrating sustainability and energy efficiency best practices into Cassidy Turley’s daily operations.

For the past three years, Amy has been a Manager in the LEED department at the U.S. Green Building Council in Washington, DC where she led the development of energy related credits for the new LEED Version Four Rating System which focuses on building performance, renewable energy and commissioning for new and existing buildings.

For the past eleven years, Amy has served as a mechanical engineer in the Washington, DC Metro Region in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning design for EAC (2002-2004), Cannon Design (2004-2005), SmithGroup (2005-2010) and most recently with the USGBC. She has been involved in the design and project management of major renovation and new construction projects throughout the U.S. and abroad, including a 1.5 million square foot base building renovation that was certified as LEED Gold for Core and Shell.

As a Professional Engineer (PE) and a LEED AP with a specialty in Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD + C), Amy will educate, lead and oversee project teams, consultants, engineers and vendors throughout the country on multiple sustainability and energy management initiatives.
