We are actively involved with organizations including the U.S. Green Building Council and its  Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) programs; the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) ENERGY STAR program; and the Urban Land Institute.  Our engagement keeps us current with cutting-edge technologies and best practices throughout the industry. In 2013 and 2014, DTZ (formerly Cassidy Turley) was recognized by the U.S. EPA’s ENERGY STAR program as Partner of the Year.

As part of our environmental commitment, DTZ leads by example by minimizing the environmental impact of our own operations. A number of our own office interiors are LEED® certified for Commercial Interior Design, and we have incorporated LEED® operating and design principles into many of our managed properties.
